SEASONAL RATES

1/1 through 4/30       $1050/week     $3000/month

5/1 through 9/30     $950/week     $2800/month

10/1 through 12/31   $800/week     $2500/month

Security Deposit of $300.00 to reserve, refundable two (2) weeks after departure and walkthrough.  Deposit will be forfeited if cancelled less than 30 days of scheduled arrival. An 11% tourism tax applies along with a $75 cleaning fee.
